Shipping is free on every order with no minimum order value. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

We ship within the Republic of Ireland only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, Great Britain or the rest of the EU.

Three to six business days. We handle and dispatch in one to two business days, and the carrier takes a further two to four. Larger items such as bale feeders and space fans go on a pallet service and sit at the longer end of that range.

Yes. Every price shown includes Irish VAT at 23%. There is nothing added at checkout.

Both. Yards, studs, contractors and private owners all buy at the same price. A VAT invoice is issued with every order, so a business buyer can reclaim the VAT in the normal way.

Anything that plugs into a socket is supplied with a Type G plug, the standard three pin plug used in Ireland. You do not need an adaptor.

Yes. You have fourteen days from the day you receive the goods to tell us you are cancelling, and a further fourteen days to send them back. Returns are free and we pay the postage. The goods should come back in a condition that lets us resell them.

Contact us and we will put it right. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 you are entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund. For the first twelve months after delivery a fault is presumed to have been there from the start unless we can show otherwise, so you do not have to prove anything.
