Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value. The price shown on the product page includes VAT and is the total you pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver within the Republic of Ireland only. Delivery restrictions and the payment methods we accept are shown at the start of checkout.

How long it takes

Handling 1-2 business days. Carrier transit 2-4 business days. Total 3-6 business days.

We treat 3-6 business days as a commitment, not an aspiration. If we cannot meet it we will tell you and agree a new date with you.

If delivery is late

Where we fail to deliver within the time we agreed, you may ask us to deliver within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If we then fail to deliver within that additional period, you may terminate the contract and we will refund you without undue delay.

Where no time is agreed, we must deliver within 30 days of the contract being concluded. Sections 30(2), 31(2) and 36(2)-(6), Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Risk

The goods are at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or into the physical possession of a person you have identified to take possession of them. Where you arrange your own carrier, risk passes when the goods are handed to that carrier.

Larger items

Round bale feeders, barn fans and frost-free waterers are bulky and are delivered on a pallet. The carrier delivers to the kerbside; please make sure someone is available to receive and move the item. Some items are delivered in sections for assembly - this is stated on the product page.

Returns

Returns are free and we bear the cost. See our Cancellation and Returns policy.
