Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Where you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last of the goods.

Kildare, W12 Y886, Ireland, sales@triequestrian.online, +353 49 855 3479 - of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement such as an e-mail or a letter sent by post. You may use the cancellation form below but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods. Returns are free - contact us and we will provide a prepaid label, or reimburse the return postage you pay.

Trying goods before you decide

You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Section 118(6) of the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Who this applies to

The 14-day cancellation right is a consumer right. If you buy for a yard, stud, livery or other business, this right does not apply - although your rights if the goods are faulty are unaffected.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. No product in our current catalogue falls into this category.
